About me
Hello there! I’m Adele. I was born French but lived most of my life abroad, in Africa, Asia, Europe, and now Mexico.
I discovered the practice of Yoga during a trip to South India in 2012 and have been hooked ever since, practicing and learning about different styles of Yoga such as Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, and my favourite, Vinyasa Yoga.
I am a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher and learned with many great teachers in Hong Kong, London, Spain and Mexico, such as Isabell Britsch, Lisa Dunn, Vidya Heisel and Mario Batres amongst others.
I love discovery and variety in my own yoga practice as well as in my teaching, and I aim at making my students discover and practice Yoga in a safe, playful and engaging way.
