Hi there, I am Adele.
Thank you for being here!

I was born on a tiny remote island 30-something years ago. I have lived most of my life abroad: in Africa as a kid, in Asia as a young adult; in London as a full grown-up, and now living between Mexico and South of France.

I studied Business & Management at ESSEC Business School and worked for over 10 years in Sales & Marketing in the Luxury & Fashion industry, for both established and young brands creating beautiful, handcrafted products. But I always felt like something was missing. I loved my job but was craving something more.

I discovered the practice of Yoga while backpacking throughout South India in 2012. I was never the sporty kind of person (rather the contrary, I begged my parents back in the days to give me a note so I wouldn’t have to take PE for my French Baccalaureat - which they did not do. Still hurts.) nor the spiritual kind, but Yoga just clicked with me, and discovering it in its birthplace, taught in the traditional way and without any gimmick or extra fuss was quite the mystical encounter.

So I took it back with me and integrated it into my daily life, practicing regularly Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Hatha Yoga, with a pinch of Iyengar and Yin Yoga.

I was first drawn to Yoga by the physical practice and challenge: I enjoyed feeling stronger and more flexible in my body after each practice, and loved discovering new creative postures, flows and transitions with my favourite teachers.

I decided that 2022 would be the year I took the leap and finally embarked on a Yoga Teacher Training with the Frog Lotus Yoga School, taught by amazing yoginis Vidya Heisel and Lisa Dunn in Andalusia, South of Spain.

I became a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher, learned more about Yoga philosophy, Pranayama and meditation techniques, and fell in love with the creative sequencing of the FLY Vinyasa flows.

But above all, I fell in love with teaching.

Passing on the knowledge and concepts of Yoga, composing unique, creative and mindful flows and assisting my students, seeing them leaving their practice slightly different, feeling better in their bodies, finding more space in their minds, is why I decided I wanted to pursue this path.

I teach dynamic, creative & mindful yoga flows, with a special focus on the breath and on correct and intelligent alignment.

I use a progressive and inclusive approach so my students feel both challenged and relaxed after every practice, all without taking ourselves too seriously.
